Your consideration in sharing our homes and possibilities with your clients is appreciated.
We currently have small homes (847 - 1,400 SQ FT) starting at $99,900. Mid-sized homes (1,400 - 1,700 SQ FT) starting at $145,000.
We are a small business dedicated to quality homes and customer satisfaction.
We are willing to share 2% per home sold by licensed real estate agents. The commission will be paid at the final close and completion of the home.
We will ask our buyers if they have an agent, but we encourage you to notify us of your interested clients so we can be sure to include you in any contract. If we are not notified of agent representation before a contract is signed, we will not be responsible for real estate commissions.
